Clarify design intent to ensure it is not a communication or document issue

Identify the problem with the design at each stage (need formulation, ideation, development, mock-up, construction proposal, communication of solution)

Explain why you think it is a problem

Provide suggestions on design direction to move the design forward,  refer to resources or instruct on the skill required
